My experience with the hotel was frustrating. I encountered serious issues with the staff, particularly regarding the breakfast service. There was a lack of responsiveness and professionalism that left me feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied.

The relaxing rooftop pool delight

I enjoyed my stay, especially the clean and spacious room with a beautiful view of the city. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

However, I found the dining experience left a lot to be desired. the restaurant service was slow, impacting our meals. Also, the noise from the nearby BTS train at night was a bit disruptive.

I absolutely loved the vegan options at nearby restaurants like L'Italiana Originale and Holy Smokes Bkk—they're flavor-packed! Plus, the hotel’s rooftop pool was a chill spot after a day exploring. The breakfast buffet had a great balance of hot and continental dishes, and the rooms were super comfy.

The only blip? A larger room would have been sweet, given my extended stay. I could have splurged for an upgrade if I really wanted the space.

my stay at ibis styles was great! the outdoor swimming pool on the 7th floor was a nice retreat. the staff were super friendly and really helped make my stay enjoyable. the location was pretty convenient too, just a short walk to prakanong bts. i loved that aspect!
